Hope review ☺Help manage grants, applications, contacts, payments. ☹Sometimes it's a bit slow. Sometimes I have difficulty searching information.

Logistic Manager Generally, I work with the contractors and issue the payments. It is very good program for logistic and administrative staff. All information is available there. ☺All foundation departments are united in the software and it is easy to share the information. ☹I like everything what I did there. All information about vendors and contractors is there. I easily find the information in the system.

Great Tool for NGOs and Grant Management ☺Operations feature is a great tool to administer grants (including budget, installments, payment requests etc) and serves as a knowledge management tool with all the documents and attachements. ☹The organization switched from previous version of the software to the updated, current version therefore the integration was relatively smooth and straightforward. There are no particular aspects that I would outline as least functional.

User-friendly software for project and financial management purposes I mostly use it for bva monitoring. ☺The systems helps to produce the reports which is essential the status of projects/financial operations. ☹The old (inactive)data is being retrieved along with the current one. I need to hide unnecessary information in order to get the proper data.

Experience with Hope normal ☺we can add all of the information in the software ☹It is loading slowly and sometimes works slowly, that takes time to finish started job

Review of Hope as a Program Manager I do not have much experience yet, but so far it has been quite positive. ☺It is easy to understand and use and user-friendly. ☹The front-end design of the program is not very pleasing to me.

HOPE Review ☺The product is user friendly. Anytime I've had trouble with any issue, the team was super helpful and resolved my problems rapidly. ☹I don't think I dislike anything in particular. I do have trouble access logging in sometimes, but again, the team always provides me with help instantly.

My review ☺You can convert the database to excel spreadsheet ☹Would be nice to have additional features to conduct the statistical analysis easily.

Usful tool on Finans and Grangs Managment we enter payments information and so control all financial payments and allocations. ☺Data and payment management of all vendors. ☹Where the budget allocations are made for payment, the title of the same payments could be copied automatically
